I'm Faye, a life coach and wellness enthusiast. I'm passionate about helping people live healthier, happier lives. And I believe that one of the most important things we can do for our well-being is to take time for ourselves.

It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We can easily forget to take care of ourselves, both physically and mentally. But when we don't make time for our sense of wellbeing, it can have a negative impact on our overall health and happiness.





When we're stressed, our bodies release hormones that can damage our health. We may experience headaches, muscle tension, and fatigue. We may also have trouble sleeping and concentrating. Over time, stress can lead to more serious health problems, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.


Mental health is so important. When we're not taking care of our mental health, we may experience anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. These conditions can make it difficult to function in our daily lives.

Which is why we must take time for our wellness. When we make time for ourselves, we're giving our bodies and minds a chance to recharge and heal. We're also setting ourselves up for a healthier, happier future.


Here are a few tips for taking time for your wellness:

  • Exercise regularly: Exercise is a great way to reduce stress, improve your mood, and boost your energy levels. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.

  • Get enough sleep: When you're well-rested, you're better able to cope with stress and make healthy decisions. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

  • Eat a healthy diet: Eating a healthy diet gives your body the nutrients it needs to function properly. Focus on eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

  • Spend time in nature: Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress and improve mental health. Get outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

  • Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It can help you to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being. There are many different ways to practice mindfulness, such as meditation, yoga, and tai chi.
