Welcome. I'm glad you're here!
I'm Faye and I'm a Coach because I'm passionate about helping people who, like you, don't want to use any more of their time, energy or money on things that aren't right for them. Life is too short!
Life Coaching is all about rediscovering you. If you know deep-down that you want more and you're willing to explore what you need (and get honest with yourself in the process!), I can help you get from where you are now to where you want to be: living a life you love.
Flavour of who I am...
Faye Spencer | Co-Active ® Coach UK
Clients have described me as having a good sense of humour, being calm, compassionate, friendly and firm but realistic with goal-setting. (You can see some of my testimonials here.) I am truly grateful for such words!
My core values are Faith and Wholeheartedness (we'll figure out what yours are together).
I have 14 years' experience working in both the public and private sector pre-coaching.
I am a new mummy to an joyful little girl, negotiating parenthood!
I am grateful to have explored 35 countries to date and it's my dream to add one each year!
I was born and bred in beautiful Norfolk where my family all still live, bar my sister.
I have a coach myself, as well as a Gestalt therapist, and am completely committed to continuous self-improvement (and practicing what you preach!)
Training and Experience
Experience: Since the start of 2018, I have had the pleasure of working with men and women of all ages from all over. It is a genuine pleasure and a privilege to work with such different people, hearing their stories and supporting them through their unique process of change.
Training: My training is with the Co-Active® Training Institute, the largest and longest-established coach training body in the world. The Co-Active® coach training is considered the most rigorous, accredited programme available for professional coaching development and is delivered by expert coaches and supervisors. It is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Helping you get from stuck
to where you want to be.
Personal journey: Most importantly, I know what it's like to feel lost, stuck and drowning in indecision. I know how challenging (and incredible) it is to go through this process, and what a gift and a blessing it is to get really honest with self about things I'd been avoiding. I also know what it's like to come out the other side feeling clearer, lighter and with purpose. I know that by listening to my fears, I'd been trapped and found it hard to find a way forward. I've learned (and am always learning) how to embrace my fears, face the truth head on, be vulnerable to living in authenticity (and managing to do this with real connection) as well as pursuing my calling of supporting other people to do the same.
If you want to stop letting your fears run you, let's talk!
If you don't change your direction, you're likely to end up where you're headed.
