Hi, I'm

Faye

I'm Faye and I'm a Coach because I'm passionate about helping people who, like you, don't want to use any more of their time, energy or money on things that aren't right for them. Life is too short!

Life Coaching is all about rediscovering the real you. If you know deep-down that you want more and you're willing to explore what you need (and get honest with yourself in the process), I can help you get from where you are now to where you want to be: living a life you love.

Since setting up Moxie Life Coaching at the start of 2018, I have had the pleasure of working with men and women of all ages from all over the UK. It is a genuine pleasure and a privilege to work with such different people, hearing their stories and supporting them through their unique process of change.

Clients have described me as calm, compassionate, friendly and realistic with goal-setting. (You can read more testimonials here)

  • My Core Values are Hope and Wholeheartedness (we'll figure out what yours are together).

  • I have 15 years' experience working in both the public and private sector pre-coaching.

  • I have three joyful daughters, negotiating parenthood!

  • I am grateful to have explored 35 countries to date and it's my dream to add one each year!

  • I was born and bred in beautiful Norfolk where my family all still live, bar my sister.

  • I have a coach myself, as well as a Gestalt therapist, and am completely committed to continuous self-improvement (and practicing what you preach!)

My Approach

I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their full potential and live their best lives. My coaching services are tailored to your unique needs, whether personal or professional. I provide a supportive and nurturing environment where you can explore your strengths, address things you want to change, be challenged and cultivate a mindset of growth and success. With me, you will embark on a transformative journey towards self-discovery and fulfilment!

My training is with the Co-Active® Training Institute, the largest and longest-established coach training body in the world. It is considered the most rigorous, accredited programme available for professional coaching development, accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

As well as the necessary 104 Coach Training hours with CTI, I also have CPD qualifications that include NLP Practitioner, Life Coaching Diploma and Certified Counselling Practitioner with the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology.

All of my coaching takes place over the phone. I coach using an integrative approach, using the above principles alongside those of yoga, Gestalt therapy, meditation and mindfulness, too.

  • What is Life Coaching?
Coaching is about getting from where you are to where you want to be. It's trusting the voice inside that is telling you that you can have, do and be so much more. By being honest with yourself about what's not working for you, we can figure out what you really want and need and have some fun in the process! Coaching is also about action! First I'll encourage you to identify what changes you'd like to make, and then I'll help you to create positive, future-focussed and inspiring goals, breaking them down into manageable steps. Coaching holds you accountable and empowers you to make the changes you've been putting off.
  • How do I know if coaching is for me?
A lot of people are drawn to coaching because they're feeling stuck, lost, dissatisfied, bored or indecisive. Ironically, these are the very things that will get in the way of deciding to actually do it! As you've noticed, I say, 'if nothing changes, nothing changes'. If you're sick of being in limbo and want to move forward, coaching is for you. An initial chat with me might help you pin down what needs to change. To give you an idea, these are the sorts of things that people come to me about: Gaining confidence Making big decisions Work-Life balance and raising a happy family, happily Launching a new business or changing career Change in identity - i.e. becoming a parent or coming to terms with empty nest Improving the quality of relationships Beginning or ending relationships Replacing bad habits with wholesome ones Rediscovering fun, passion, creativity and aliveness Improving focus, stopping procrastinating in the 'rut' Answering the questions 'who am I?' and 'what do I actually want and need in life?' Moving forwards to achieve personal and professional goals.
  • What can I expect to gain from Coaching?
You can expect to gain: the ability to deal with your inner critics, your fears and the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back reconnection with your true self - getting out of your head and learning how to understand how you really feel uncovering and learning how to unleash your inner moxie, gain self-confidence and use your strengths greater self-acceptance tools to break useless habits and replace them with wholesome and nourishing ones the resilience to deal with the good and bad times a re-balanced life, focussing on what matters most to you discovery of new perspectives and options to what appear insurmountable problems clarity on what it is you really want from your life clear, accountable plans of action to help you step into living the life you want, in the way you want to live it
  • What are your fees?
Coaching with me is either £600 for 5 Weekly Sessions, or £850 for 8 sessions over max. 3 months. This can be paid upfront or in 2 monthly instalments of £300/£425 respectively. 30-min Introductory Sessions are FREE.
  • Coaching seems like an investment. How do I justify the cost?
I recognise coaching is a significant investment in yourself - financially, as well as time and energy-wise. Will it be worth it? If you're ready to move from where you are toward a life in which you feel fully alive and more you, then this will be worth far more than I charge. We can all justify spending money on external things to make us feel better, be it expensive holidays, shopping sprees, our cars, mortgages, the latest gadgets, extravagant meals or a few too many vinos... the list goes on! These are all an attempt to help us to feel better about our lives and who we are. Whilst the effects of these things are positive, the effects can really vary in how long they last! I understand why people are scared about investing in themselves. Firstly, it takes guts to admit you've had enough of how things are, let alone say out loud that you want your life to be different somehow. Secondly, it can feel selfish. Who am I to spend this money on discovering myself when I have all these other things I need to pay for? Who am I to spend my time and energy on finding out who I am and what I want for my future? I ask: who are you not to? Coaching is an investment for the long term. A bit like having a personal trainer for your mind, there is no quick-fix or overnight transformation (usually). Change in behaviour and thought patterns will happen and you will feel (and be) better... for a lot longer than a holiday leaves you feeling better. Another perspective might be: Can you afford for things to remain as they are?
  • Is your coaching remote?
Yes. All of my one-to-one coaching takes place over the phone. Very occasionally I meet with local clients or use video calls for sessions, though throughout my experience, over-the-phone coaching is just as effective at getting results and it also means we can talk from the comfort of your own safe space.
  • What makes coaching work?
    1. Coaching is a unique, unbiased relationship with someone who listens to you and believes in you. There is absolutely no judgement and no agenda from me, apart from wanting the best for you. 2. It allows you the space to be playful, get honest, learn who you are and get clear on your thinking about what it is you actually want and need in life. Importantly, it's impossible to 'get it wrong'. 3. By knowing what you need, we can set steps and you can make decisions that are in line with your values. This is, in essence, when we feel at our most satisfied. 4. Coaching is all about moving forwards, by taking action and being held accountable to do what you've got to and want to do.
  • What kind of people do you work with?
People who... ...want to feel more confident and stop doubting themselves ...want to care less about what other people think, and care more about the things that actually matter ...want to create more wholesome habits ...want to stop hiding, shrinking & staying quiet and give themselves permission to be themselves ...are open-minded and want to be open-hearted, calmer and more peaceful ...are committed to understanding their thoughts, values and fears so they can move forward and stop making excuses ...are ready to take their life off hold, take responsibility and feel empowered, with clarity and certainty ...are motivated to take charge of their life's direction ...are willing to dive in, fully participate, play and enjoy! Coaching is a process. It starts with uncovering and exploring who you are and why you do what you do. In a coaching relationship with me, you can expect to feel everything from challenged and accountable to energised, supported, inspired and excited. Be prepared to face difficult questions about the things you'd rather leave in the shadows. We will dance with the things in the light. All in service of you becoming the fullest, most alive and empowered version of yourself, ready and raring to achieve your goals and own your space. I make a pledge to my clients to apply the same energy, brain space and commitment to your journey as you do. Coaching with me will lead you towards a life of more authenticity, peace, freedom and power, lived with fun. If this sounds like something you want to dive into, I can't wait to talk to you.
  • What type of coach are you?
My training is with the Co-Active® Training Institute, the largest and longest-established coach training body in the world. The Co-Active® coach training is considered the most rigorous, accredited programme available for professional coaching development and is delivered by expert coaches and supervisors. It is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Co-Active® coaching is based on the belief that all parts of people’s lives are intertwined. What happens at work will naturally affect our home life, personal growth, finances and vice versa, for example. Coaching is about taking the time and space to look at you as a whole person to see how the things you're doing in life are either helping or hindering you. You are you, whether you're at work, at home, on holiday, or when you're alone, so by nature all areas of your life are interrelated and should be addressed as such. Clients may come to coaching with a particular focus in mind, then our coaching process will explore whatever aspects of your ‘whole person’ are impacted by the topic in question. As well as the necessary 104 Coach Training hours with CTI, I also have CPD qualifications that include NLP Practitioner, Life Coaching Diploma and Certified Counselling Practitioner with the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. My areas of expertise include Personal Development and Relationship coaching. All of my coaching takes place over the phone. I coach using an integrative approach, using the above alongside principles of yoga, Gestalt Therapy, meditation and mindfulness, too.

    1. Book a FREE Introductory Session to get a flavour of how coaching with me can help you. In a 30-minute phone call we will start getting to know each other and whether we're a great fit for a successful coaching relationship. We will talk through what's on your mind and I will give you space to ask any questions you may have about me or coaching. It's important you try it out to get clear on whether to make this commitment to change. 2. If you're ready to dive in, we sort out a day and time that suits us both to get started! I will lead you through your self-discovery, using my experience and a variety of tried-and-tested techniques. 3. Commit to real change.
